In the center of Avoriaz, a bright and comfortable 3-room triplex apartment is available for rent. Located on the 5th floor of a centrally located residence, it faces south and features a large balcony with a table and two garden chairs, offering unobstructed views.
The apartment includes one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe, and a second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (4 beds) and ample storage space.
The living room has two sofas and a large table seating for 6 people. Spacious and fully equipped, the apartment offers all the comforts you need for your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, induction cooktop, raclette grill, fondue set, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and Bluetooth audio system. Wi-Fi internet access is included.
The bathroom has a bathtub and hairdryer, and the toilet with a washing machine are separate for added convenience.
The apartment is located on Avoriaz main square, face to the children's ski school/ESF (200m), at the foot of the slopes (ski-in/ski-out access right from the building) and within 100m of all shops (tourist office, ski pass office, supermarket and grocery stores, clothing and ski shops, bank, restaurants, bars, tobacconist, bookstore, cinema). Ski rental is available at the foot of the building. Enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to the world's largest ski area, "Les Portes du Soleil," with its 650km of slopes.
Cleaning is provided, except for the kitchenette and dishes. Linens (sheets, towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels) are provided.
Weekly rental only, from Saturday 2 pm to Saturday 10 am.
A refundable security deposit of €1000 is required.
Payment is due 50% upon booking and 50% 15 days prior to departure, plus the security deposit.
