Located on the 4th floor with elevator, the apartment offers 1 bedroom with 160 bed and TV, a 2nd bedroom with 140 bed, a 3rd bedroom with twin beds,a full bath/shower room with toilet, open plan kitchen and spacious lounge opening on a large sunny terrace. tv with freeview in the lounge.
Comfort: 2 SMART TV, DVD player, bose, dishwasher, washing machine, WIFI. GARAGE bike storage and ski locker.
Services included: sheets, towels, bath mats and tea towels, toiletries box and end-of-stay cleaning. Beds made up in winter. In summer, beds can be made up for an additional charge. Multipass summer member.

Comfortable and perfect location

Equidistant from the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts this flat is perfectly located. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great stay had by all our party.

A great self catering option very central so we would Defo return. Apartment was spacious and modern and perfect for our family break. The lift only services to the 3rd floor didn’t cause us an issue (4th floor) and was very nice and quiet. A few extras that would have been helpful - small freezer and dish towels in the linen package.

Great ski apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Being on the top floor the views are great and having a lift after a days skiing is great too. One of our disappointments was not having any freezer compartment in the fridge (seemed very odd) - it caused a problem for a member of our party not being able to use an ice pack on an aching back & limited food we could buy. It also meant no ice in our G & T's - disaster!! I would advice taking a tea towel as none were provided and if the dishwasher doesn't work, check the salt content. The agents in charge of the apartment were excellent and responded very quickly to the dishwasher issue. The main bedroom can get a bit of noise from a loud bar nearby. Overall, great place to stay.

Objekt ist Großteils wie auf den Bildern, jedoch wird der Schimmel in der Dusche verschwiegen. Des Weiteren verstopfte bereits am ersten Abend unser Spülbecken. Die Garage welche für uns von großer Bedeutung, für das sichere unterstellen unserer Fahrräder, war defekt. Das Tor konnte nicht verschlossen werden. Dieser Defekt war der Agentur bereits bekannt als auch der Schimmelbefall in der Dusche welcher als minimaler Dreck durch die Agentur wahrgenommen wurde. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief reibungslos und Sie kümmerten sich sofort um gewisse Probleme, wie z. B. kaputte Lampen und eine Abstehende Fußleiste und auch um die Spüle. Für die defekte Spüle wurde uns indirekt die Schuld dafür gegeben, im Sinne von "hat die ganze Zeit schon funktioniert und plötzlich ist die Spüle kaputt und ihr habt Sie benutzt". Für den bekannten Schaden an der Garage wurden wir mit einem sehr kleinen Abstellkammer vertröstet. In dieser war jedoch nur Platz für ein Fahrrad somit mussten wir die übrigen Fahrräder in der nicht verschließbaren Garage unterstellen. Auch wenn dies recht kleinlich klingt, gab es keinerlei Fluchtplan/wege in diesem doch recht verwinkelten Haus. Falls es zu einem Brand kommen würde (wie im Nachbarhaus geschehen) könnten wir nicht aus dem 4 Stock fliehen.
