Fire risk
The front door is instructed to be locked but cannot be opened from the inside without a key. This is a fire hazard. I am a fire marshal, in the UK this is illegal. The note on the door created by the owners makes this negligence.
When u said 5 mn from lift and u have to wait 35 mn for a bus that takes an other 15 to 20 mn to drop you at 5 mn walk from the lift I would not call this location 5 mn from ski not to mention it get worse at 5 pm as the one bus get packed and if you can not get in u will have to wait for an other 35 mn horrible ski experience
Also the agency is no help what so ever when ask to plug my Tesla even I would agree to pay an extra they told me no when there was several outlet outside
I did not use them tough
Last but not least we got the key of the apartment at 5 pm instead of 4 but the housekeeping came knocking at 10 am instead of eleven the day we where leaving
I would neither recommend this location nor the agent
