An entrance hall, 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room and toilet (with either a double bed or two single beds) and garden featuring a spa.
First floor:
An utility room, a living/dining area with an open-plan kitchen leading to a private balcony, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and toilet (with either a double bed or two single beds)
Second floor:
A mezzanine (cinema room) a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilet, and balcony.
