Apartment in residence Alpages 1, located on the 10th floor (2 elevators), with a west-facing balcony.

Located in the center of the resort, it is close to restaurants and shops (100 m), the daycare center (150 m), the children's village (350 m) and the Aquariaz aquatic center (300 m).

Avoriaz is the family resort par excellence and perfectly adapted to children (with the reception in the village of children from 3 years, snowpark, toboggan run). Access to the slopes, skis on your feet from the residence. Portes du Soleil ski area of 650km.

100% pedestrian resort and always snow-covered in winter (altitude: 1800m to 2460m).

The apartment includes:

- A living room with 2 single sofa-beds, plus a pull-out bed (blankets provided, sheets not provided)
- A bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. The living room is separated from the bedroom by a removable partition (blanket provided, sheets not provided)

Well positioned apartment

Nice apartment with a west facing balcony. Kitchen hob is rather challenging (no indications on the knobs). Apartment is on 10th floor near lift.

We slept there with 5 persons. Because of the weather it was perfect stay for 5. Other wise i recomme d to stay with 4 adults. All was clean and wel organised. Thanks for staying in the appartment.

TrÚs bon séjour

L'appartement, bien que de petite taille, est fonctionnel. Quasiment au pied des pistes, départ et retour à ski possibles, prÚs de l'ESF, à deux escalators du centre village, une trÚs belle vue, un trÚs bon contact avec la personne chargée de nous accueillir, l'adresse est à recommandée à des amis.

fijne week gehad in een prima appartement

Het appartement is inderdaad klein, maar zelfs met 4 volwassenen (uit Ă©Ă©n gezin) konden we er prima verblijven. De ligging is ideaal (ski in-ski out) en ook het centrum is met de publieke doorgang heel makkelijk bereikbaar. het uitzicht vanaf de 10e verdieping is fantastisch en de liften zijn nagenoeg altijd direct toegankelijk. Er was precies voldoende ruimte voor al onze spullen en inderdaad het is handig om een verlengkabel mee te nemen, zodat je voor mobiele telefoons ect. voldoende aansluitingen hebt.

Un peu déçue car l’appartement manque d’entretien (tarifs Ă©levĂ©s) Placards et vaisselle Ă  nettoyer avant de les utiliser Cuisine une plinthe dĂ©collĂ©e plaques de cuisson vieillissantes pas de four SdB le Verrou ne ferme pas le radiateur ne fonctionne pas tour de baignoire moisi Peu de prises Ă©lectriques et mal fixĂ©es au mur Erreur dans la livraison de la rĂ©servation de linge Appartement proposĂ© pour 5 personnes mais cela deviendrait un dortoir Une seule clĂ© sur 4 fonctionnait pour l’ouverture du casier Ă  ski Nous n’avons jamais vu le concierge mais lui avons notifiĂ© les manques par sms La rĂ©sidence elle mĂȘme aurait besoin d’entretien Heureusement la vue est superbe et la situation dans la station parfaite

Nice appartment in the heart of Avoriaz

The appartment has a nice view on the village to the west. Everything that is needed is available. Beds are OK and have blankets, the double bed has a double cover. Plenty of cushions. You have to use two elevators to reach the appartment, but the waiting time is short. Skil ockers are available downstairs, but the are very narrow and not suitable for boards. You can ski out of the building on a shallow slope through the village to the ski lifts. Some walking may be required, but very short. Returning from the slopes there is a passage on which you can ski until the front door. The distance to the shops and restaurants is short through a passage underneath the opposing building. The appartment is quiet. Service of the concierge is prompt and efficient.
