The apartment offers quick access to the slopes via the free ski shuttle bus which stops at the end of the road every 10 minutes and is approx 8 minutes walk to the nearest telecabine.

This Penthouse apartment is on the 3rd floor, has lift access and there are large windows with a terrace and mountain views of the Pointe De Nyon.

Located in the same exclusive development as Hameau Des Fes and Jardin Des Fes, these three properties work well in combination for larger groups.

LAYOUT (70 metres sq.)

Penthouse Des Fes has a large living area, with timber vaulted ceilings and a Designer Log Burning Fireplace, plenty of comfy seats and a corner sofa. There is a large private balcony and the apartment has a Smart TV with UK and French TV channels, a Nintendo Wii and DVD player, a Bose speaker, and Wifi.

The dining area has a round marble dining table with 6 seats and the kitchen has a Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and plenty of workspace. There is a mezzanine accessed via a wooden ladder to the den with a couple of bean bags. The apartment also has a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Two bedrooms and a cabin style bunk room. The master bedroom has a luxury king sized double bed with ensuite shower room and the twin room and bunk room share a main bathroom with a full size bath with overhead shower.
