Studio apartment for 2 people located on the banks of the Sèvre River, adjoining two other gîtes. On the ground floor (accessible by steps), you will find a living/dining/kitchen area with a double bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet. A shared outdoor area is available for your use. Three other gîtes are located on the property: H85G019981, H85G019983, and H85G019984. Public parking is 200m away. No washing machine is available.
Optional extras: End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay; Bed linen rental (2 people): €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.
