Wonderful tiny hotel. Brand new accommodations - and one of the best hotel mattresses I’ve ever slept on! The gas firepit on the deck makes for an excellent start or end of day hangout spot when it gets cool. Sit back and enjoy the sunset and barks of the local seals.

This place was absolutely the best!! The room was so spectacular! We stayed in the “Jelly fish” room. The room details were stunning, The view was beyond amazing! The sunsets were unreal!! The bed was so comfortable. Extremely well designed room & for the comfort of the guests. The balcony views with the fireplace topped our nights. The Inn keeper “T” was so sweet and accommodating. Nice hotel. Very nice staff. Parking is interesting…you park on the street not in a designated area. The fact that you share an access area is very noisy. We were woken up by other guests who were entering and exiting there rooms to get ice and water from the same corridor. The balcony we had had a good view it just smelled really bad from the drainage pipe that emptied onto the balcony from the roof where tons of birds are. The room stated that it slept 5 which is just not possible, it barely slept 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had to make out a very cumbersome couch bed at night as well. While I understand that you should be able to skip housekeeping I think for this price nightly it should be assumed that they will come in and clean not that you have to put a hanger on the door asking for it. Overall a good stay for a relaxing get away.

My family has been visiting Morro Bay for years, and our stay at HarborWalk Inn was our first time here—but it definitely won’t be our last! This place is now our go-to spot. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with impressive attention to detail, offering epic views of the harbor that made every moment special. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Our only disappointment? We didn’t stay longer! Highly recommend HarborWalk Inn for anyone visiting Morro Bay.

What a nice surprise this Inn was. We’ve been to Morro Bay several times & didn’t even know this place existed. Staff was very kind & helpful. We stayed in the octopus room. Loved the artwork, colors, cleanliness & access to the balcony. Parking was a little bit of a challenge but that’s MB on a weekend, easily fixed after the crowds thinned out. We will stay there again.
