I liked how clean the whole place is, kudos to that. The room I was placed in has a wood scent to it, might be a sign of aging? I stayed in for 5 days. For 2 consecutive mornings I wake up, there are spiders chilling at the ceiling. The room was pretty decent, it was good enough to stay in but nothing extravagant or worth noting. Everything in the room works perfectly, from the AC unit, fridge, show and heater, and lights. They got a nice view of the beach, too. The restaurant is open until early morning which is good, they have a strong wifi connection in the restaurant too but it was on and off during my stay. Overall, my stay was worth noting just because of the staff warmth. :)

Travelled with my wife and our two kids for the weekend. Check-in was a breeze, however, it took a couple a times for us to get the attention of house keeping to get settled in to our room. The AC temperature was set at 25C and there was no remote control for us to adjust it. They dropped a remote off at the room after we requested for it. The fridge was unplugged - but no big deal. The bed sheets and the blankets (sheets) were surprisingly of low quality. And so were the towels. The TV didn’t have channels - but we didn’t bother to call for house keeping to check on it. So we left it be. They allow for guests to play music; uncomfortably loud, but at least not too late in the evening. Give up on an afternoon nap. There are plenty of things I could pick on - but some perhaps irrelevant. Now, there are good things to highlight. The overall cleanliness of the facility is a 4/5. They have two good sized pools, one of which is a sea water pool. The beach front is clean and inviting. They have a restaurant opened until the later hours of the evening - which is great because if you didn’t pack your meals there’d be no where else in the area to get food. And there breakfast was pretty decent, too. Nothing fancy, but satisfies your appetite to start off the day. Unfortunately, the power went out at 3am and didn’t turn back on until 9am. They had a generator outside - guess that might have just been for show. We spent the whole morning out by the pool or the the beach - so not complaining about the power outage. Most importantly, our kids had a great time. Would we go back... sure.

We were excited to have a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life but, to our dismay and disappointment, we were inconvenienced. 1. Air-conditioner was not working well; admin still offered us to stay in the room with a malfunctioned aircon. The housekeeping/engineering should have examined the room prior to customer's check-in. 2. Kitchen facilities are being promoted as an amenity but kitchen items such as the gas tank- ran empty, cabinets are not sanitized, kitchenware have an overpriced rental charge. 3. Internet access is also being advertised but really there is NO INTERNET ACCESS. 4. The smell of the room had an overpowering woodsy scent. 5. The TV is not even in SD; has fuzzy/blurry lines. 6. Bath towels are in economy quality as if the bath mats and towels are just the same. 7. Electricity and water ran out in the morning- perhaps for the whole day; hence an early check-in. No contingency plan on power and water shortage. The resort charges 14,000 for the accommodation (Villa 1) but the overall experience was less than what we paid for. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT.

Location and Facilities - its around 3-4 hrs drive from Manila. They have 2 swimming pool ( one is saltwater), they have beach however its quite dirty not sure if advisable for swimming. They have one restaurant inside the restaurant ( its too pricey), you can rent griller at 150 pesos Room - we booked standard room but since its too small, I spoke to reception as I want to upgrade to a bigger one, however the staff said I have to pay full price as I booked online ( I worked in hotels for more than 15 yrs and I explained to her that I only have to pay the upgrade/difference) but she insisted that this is policy, so I refused. Our key card was not working also so I went to reception three times to revalidate and on the third time, I told them to come with me to try, unfortunately its the battery that is not working so we have to do room move, noone offered assistance so i have to carry all our luggages. The TV also is not working, you better bring toiletries as they dont provide. Breakfast - the room includes set menu that you can choose ( Tapsilog, bangsilog, tocilog, continental, longgasilog), all the food when served were too cold so we requested to reheat. The bacon was too hard as well, we didnt enjoy at all. The resort was beautiful with nice facilities, billiards can be rented at 150 per hour, however alot of improvements has to be done in terms of service and quality. I believe most of the staff are OJT/Trainees but management has to focus on proper training as it really affects customer service. There is alot of opportunity on the area so you better improve the service!

My family held our Tatay’s 80th Birthday Party at this resort and we’re so happy we chose this place! We are so impressed with the management and staff who are so kind and very easy to deal with. The pool is very clean as well as the beach itself. The only downside is that there were no toilet paper rolls in the bathrooms, which is not really surprising when you go to most restrooms in the Philippines. People might steal them if they provide them? I’m not really sure why the country itself is not tourist-friendly when it comes to restrooms. Anyway, we’d come back to this resort, especially if guest rooms are improved to American standards. Other than that, KUDOS to the staff!

Worst Php9000 we ever spent. We avail the most expensive room which is the "Lola". The heater was not working. The aircon has no remote. No complimentary water. The resto service is worst too! The serving is too long. The waiter also got our order wrong so we had to wait again for a long time. The breakfast buffet is filthy. The waiters doesn't clean the tables asap, my girlfriend had to clean our table with a tissue which is not present in the table so we had to ask for it as well. We had to ask everything we need to have a good breakfast. Just worst service I've experienced so far. Won't recommend spending your hard earned money here. So bad :(

The hotel was excellent right by the sea, the food was good the waiters were most helpful and entertainment was tip was very clean everywhere, only complaint would be the room was small for three beds.

It is pet-friendly and family-friendly. The beach was beautiful there were many sea creatures and the water is very clear. And when you lay down on the sand it is very soft and also you should watch the sun set. Even though both swimming pools are deep, it is still fun. I would suggest you pick a date where there are no many people, because you get to enjoy the peaceful vibe of the resort. The experience was fun, but the service in the restaurant was very slow. However the staff were accommodating to the guests, so overall I am okay with their service. I would also suggest that you bring some food, because you can grill there. There were also many locals who sells food and souvenirs.

Beach is not clean, plenty small fish, small crab, starfish.. We chose this resort for our family outing because of the nice reviews on their web, & google reviews. We drove 2-1/2 hr to get to this resort and we were surprised that this resort does not accept credit card to pay for cottages rental, entrance fees and restaurant bills need to pay cash as well; good thing we brought cash with us to pay our total bill of approx. P15,000+ for the food, entrance fees per person, cottage rental fees. I do a lot of travelling and prefers to use my credit card to accumulate miles and rewards points on my card, unfortunately, this beach resort only accept cash. The beach is not clean to swim - lots of small fish, crabs, starfish so we just used the pool to swim, also the restrooms and shower rooms are dirty. OVERALL this beach resort is terrible for family outing. I will not recommend this resort to anyone.

This kind of resort is typical family-friend resort. The water of there pool is salt, fresh water and the kiddy pool. But the rooms is small for some. Also some rooms they cannot functioning electrical socket.
