Everything was great . very clean and staff excellent. The Indian restaurant next door was fabulous and generous with portions! Could have used more toilet paper in bathroom but they did supply when asked!!! Maybe thats a me thing!

Basic good value hotel

Old building about 2 miles from Leeds centre but lots of shops, pubs, coffee bars, restaurants nearby. Otley Road is a nice area. For what i paid for a single economy room it was good value. No frills and a bit dated but clean. Large car park. The gentleman (owner i think) was very friendly and helpful on arrival. Overall it was fine for a one night solo stay - thanks

The hotel was in a good situation for my husband and I as we were attending a funeral not far away. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant.
