受付スタッフは丁寧かつ親切に対応をして頂きました。深夜かなり遅い時間になってホテルに戻った時も、鍵の受け取りなどスムーズでした。朝食などのサービスは使用しなかったものの、部屋の設備に不足はありません。快適に滞在できるかと思います。 最寄りのファミリーマートまで少し距離がありますので、買い物はチェックイン前に駅近くでしておいた方が良いと思います。

建物や室内は新しいものではないが、掃除は行き届いてたと思います。華美ではないけれど必要な物は揃っていたので満足。お水のペットボトルが置いてあったのも良かったです。 ただ、トイレと室内の段差が結構あったのが残念ですが、構造上修正出来ないと思うしコストパフォーマンス考えると許容範囲内でした。 今回友人に送迎してもらったので、盛岡駅からのアクセスがわかりませんが、また利用したいと思います。

客室やその他サービスは満足ですが、夜10時過ぎにフロントから電話がかかってきて、チェックイン時に料金を少なく徴収してしまったので、フロントで追加分お支払いしてくださいと言われました。電話連絡するには時間帯的に遅く、内容的にも翌日で問題ないと感じましたので、配慮に欠ける対応と感じました。 また、翌日フロントで支払った際にも特段何もコメントはなく、支払うのが当然という様な態度を取られましたので、全体的に対応が不満でした。

<立地> 若干駅から離れ、周囲にコンビニも1件しかありませんが、とても静かで快適だと思います。 <駐車場> それなりの広さ、台数も停められるようになっており、外出する際は使用中のカラーコーンを立てて下さるので、「戻ってきたら停められない！」という心配はありません。 ただ、無料なところが多いところ¥600-をどう捉えるかは、個人の見解によると思います。 <受付> ハキハキとした方が多く、終日丁寧かつ迅速な対応をして下さいます。 <朝食> 周囲のホテルと比較すると若干高めに思います。ですが、様々な物価高騰を含めると妥協出来るのかもしれません。 味付けは、個人的にとても好きです。極端に塩味があるわけでもなく、薄すぎるわけでもなくメリハリがありました。 それぞれのお料理の紹介などもポップな感じに書かれており、郷土料理や地産地消を意識した内容でした。 <お部屋> 大柄な男性には狭く感じてしまうのかもしれませんが、狭過ぎず、広すぎず、ちょうど良い広さだったと思います。 若干、水回りやエアコンの黒カビは気になりましたが、経年的なもので落ちにくいのかなぁ...と。 エアコンは、若干効きが悪いように思います。夜は、窓を開けて涼しい風を入れていました。 他のお部屋にも何部屋か泊まられていらっしゃったようですが、たまたまなのか近隣のお部屋に泊まられている方の話し声、いびきなど全く気になりませんでした。 <アメニティ> 他の方も記載されていますが、本当に必要最低限になります。

長期出張で2週間滞在させていただきました。 フロントの方も皆さん感じがよく親切で、 朝食場所も落ち着ける感じで、 スタッフさんもとても感じが良かったです。 朝食も美味しくて◎でした。 もう少し駅近だったら最高です。 お部屋もベッドは寝心地が良かったです。 バスルームはちょっと古い感じでしたが そこまで気になりませんでした。 後日再度出張で○○インを一泊利用しましたが、 フロントも事務的な感じで、朝食会場も清潔感がなくてイマイチでした。 また出張になった時はホテルJINさんに泊まります。 ありがとうございました。
