Apartamento moderno con tres habitaciones genuinas a 2 minutos a pie del ascensor principal

Compramos este apartamento 'sobre plano' en 2004 y empezamos alquilando y usarlo en el 2005. Puede ser considerado espaciosas para los estándares alpinos franceses, ya que cuenta con tres dormitorios adecuados. Todos nuestros clientes están de acuerdo en que este es un apartamento muy agradable cómodo, pero lo mejor es su proximidad al ascensor principal y la pendiente de guardería. Se trata de dos minutos a pie hasta el ascensor y el apartamento está en la cima de la pendiente de vivero. Hemos seleccionado cuidadosamente y equipado el apartamento con todo lo que uno necesita en un alojamiento de este tipo. Esto incluye cómodos asientos para seis o más adultos, que es un poco de una rareza en estos lugares (mi esposa insistió en que :-)). La superficie habitable es de 45m cuadrados. Que es un buen poco más grande que la mayoría de apartamentos de esquí francesas.

El apartamento cuenta con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita, lavavajillas, TV con DVD integrado, horno con asador, microondas y asientos de comedor para seis. Hemos incluido todos los electrodomésticos de la cocina de siempre, como tostadora, cafetera, aparato de la fondue, etc. Las tres habitaciones tienen una cama doble, dos individuales y dos literas. El baño tiene una buena ducha potente sobre la bañera (con un montón de agua caliente) y una lavadora. El WC está separado del cuarto de baño. También hay un sofá-cama doble en el salón en caso de necesidad. El balcón ofrece un lugar encantador para contemplar el valle y las pistas de vivero donde se puede disfrutar viendo a los miembros menos experimentados de su partido.

El apartamento es siempre cálido y acogedor, incluso sin la calefacción. Estamos muy particular acerca de asegurar el apartamento está impecable para nuestros clientes así que por favor espera un muy alto nivel de limpieza. Puedo garantizar que tendrá una estancia maravillosa que sea la época del año te quedas con nosotros.

Great apartment with everything you could need. Easy check. We did have a few questions and Bryan was very quick to respond and very helpful too. It's an easy 2 minute walk up the slope to the main chairlift and on the way back, we could almost ski to the door.

Amazing apartment!

The apartment was perfect! Fully equipt with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to stay comfortably, perfect location next to ski lifts and gondola outside the balcony. Hosts very responsive and helpful.

Great location and nice Apartment

The price was great, a nice 3 bed apartment, the bedrooms are small but they are fine. Longe/kitchen is a great area. Little things like tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, sauces, salt were really helpful. The location is really good, even with the lack of snow so we couldn’t ski to the door it was still only 50m to the lifts and ski school meeting place. Overall really happy with the apartment and would stay again. What I would say is the sofa was slightly broken and so I had to fix it so we could sit down properly, there were cobwebs and dust in all the non obvious places and it needs a new dustpan and brush as I had to beat the brush outside as it made more mess brushing up with it. But Bryan was very responsive and we would really stay again, very happy.

Appartement très bien situé et très agréable pour les familles.

Nous avons grandement apprécié la proximité avec le jardin d'enfants de l'ESF (Club Piou-Piou jusqu'à Ourson) sur lequel nous avions par ailleurs une très belle vue. Appartement très agréable en famille. Le fait d'avoir 3 vraies chambres était aussi un plus et nous a permis de réserver la pièce à vivre aux repas et aux activités de détente ensemble. Bien placé dans la station pour rejoindre les pistes à pied (les télésièges sont à deux minutes) ou à ski quand l'enneigement le permet.

Excellent family skiing holiday

The apartment is in an excellent position with easy access to the ski lifts. The views are amazing, the apartment is good value for money and spacious. There is everything you would need in the kitchen and it is lovely and warm. We would love to stay there again.

Everything you need

Perfectly located, it is not the largest of apartments we have stayed in but it had everything we needed so who could ask for more. The benefit of 3 seperate bedrooms was a great plus. Free parking nearby a bonus. We cooked on a couple of nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice mix of English and French neighbours within this quiet block. That first chair lift is just across the road so you can sleep in and still get the first lift. Interesting Blue back at the end of the day or a cheeky Green that keeps moving through the trees if you are feeling tired, both landing you seconds from the front door. Would consider staying again.

A spacious apartment right on the slopes

With 3 proper bedrooms this apartment is also well kitted out for self caterers . We literally bumped our skis off the front door on one occasion its that close to the slopes. In the morning its either a 50 metre walk to the chair or ski down a short green and on to a bubble. It would work well for families as well as a groups. In addition the owner was great to deal with. No hesitation to recommend

Perfect stay in a wonderful apartment!

This was the second time we stayed in this wonderful apartment. Three bedrooms, so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well equipped. I also liked the fact that there is a washingmachine, a dishwasher and a fast wifi connection. The apartment overlooks the ESF ski school and it is only a short walk to the lifts or the supermarket. The contact with the owner, Bryan, is also very pleasant. All in all a great stay, we will definitely be back!
