Nestled on the 2nd floor of a small residence without elevator, the apartment benefits from a surface area of approximately 31m² + 7m² below a height of 1.80m.
Also enjoy a lovely east-facing balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the views.
The apartment consists of an entrance with storage, a shower room and a separate toilet. The living room includes a non-convertible sofa, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen area.
