My room had a fair amount of beach sand in it, the water pressure was excellent however the soap in the room left a film on your hands and body so bring something from home. The beds were also not very comfortable and people walking by your room were excessively loud

This is our family’s 2nd time staying here for our family vacation. I have a couple medical issues and the hotel was great accommodating me. We’re always pleased when we stay. Plus it’s so close to other places to eat, shop, etc.

Located directly on the beach with great beach access! Fridge and microwave in room convenient. Easy parking. Cleanliness needs improvement (mildew in shower and smell). Reception forgot to notify us of room readiness for 3 hours with no apologies….disappointing service.

"Average" to "good" rating

I would rate this hotel as average to good. The hotel info sheet noted a limited staff, so room service did not occur until after 3 nights stay. (3 stars) On Wednesday pm 9/3, we went to the pool, however, the water was rather cloudy looking and not at all clear. I declined to get in. (below average) As other reviews have pointed out, the bathroom was small, however, it still serves it's purpose. (Okay with that). On the plus side, the location was great (ocean front/easy access). The room was clean and the bed comfy (good) and the front desk staff were very friendly (excellent). We would stay again and hope for a cleaner pool.
