About this property

Vacation home with a free, fully equipped beach

Casa Sorgenti enjoys a prime location: right on the waterfront, just 300 meters from the lively center of Torre Vado, where markets, festivals, and plenty of music will enliven your evenings in Salento, and just 50 meters from the long, golden beaches where you can find open spaces, equipped beaches, or the more convenient Lidi.
Ideal for two families looking to maximize value while maintaining privacy, the newly renovated Casa Sorgenti is designed over two floors: the basement features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower, while the first floor includes a dining room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.
The name “Casa Sorgenti” comes from the fact that, right in front of the house, clear, fresh water with a slightly sweet taste naturally springs from the ground. When you take a dip, you’ll notice that the water is cooler due to its underground origin. The Torre Vado springs emerge just past the end of the sandy beach and the start of the naturally low cliff; the water flows directly into the sea. Angling enthusiasts will find the chance here to cap off their hobby with a good catch, or simply stop by these natural freshwater pools on their way back from the beach to rinse off the salt from the sea.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.

Consigliatissima !!!!

Posto bellissimo..mare fantastico!
