We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was okay but it’s sad because it was so noisy all night due to the cars going around playing loud music. Hope the community can do something about it or the people will not go back.

Worst hotel experience ever

More expensive than Hilton Hotel in Stockholm. No slippers, no bathrobe and no extra towel - this had to be rented at the reception. No room phone to reception. No safe. No minibar. Old interior. This is NOT a 4-star hotel! Tiny spa with no locker room cabinets - nowhere to store your items. You could pay 10kr for a tiny locker but the keys had no rubber waist band on them. Maybe those also cost 10kr? Maybe you were supposed to hold key in hand when swimming? Steam sauna was broken on second evening . Garage cost 110kr extra per night, was dirty and looked like it didn't belong to hotel; there was winter tyres and tools on one parking spot. On our third night someone "unauthorized" stole our garage parking spot and we had to park outside in -10C with our electric car. Fun. I asked reception to tow away the unauthorized car but they said they couldn't do anything: there was 5 spots in the garage but only 4 registered guests. Room was not cleaned after the second night, despite us placing a "room ready to be cleaned" -tag on the door when we left. Breakfast was good and we didn't get back pain from the beds - and this was like the only good thing about our stay. We are never coming back again and would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Rummet var välstädat förutom ett använt snorpapper som låg mitt på skrivbordet. Sängen var en katastrof, så nerlegad att det var som en stor grop. Varje gång jag rörde mig och det blev ofta pga det gnisslade och lät sängen. Bra med frukost att välja på, sämre var att 2:a dagen hann personalen inte plocka undan disk så jag fick sätta mig vid ett bord fullt av porslin. Gillar att det på rummet stod en fläkt ifall jag hade behövt det.

Mysigt!

Jättemysigt hotell som vi sov på 2 nätter. Bra frukost och trevlig personal i receptionen. Det enda negativa var parkering, få platser, mycket trångt och dyrt.. Tvål och annat satt väldigt högt upp för barnen. Utöver de bagatellerna var det rent, fräscht och trevligt!
