The 57 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: towels. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

The modern and timelessly furnished vacation apartment is located in an outbuilding. With its 57 square meters, the apartment offers space for up to four people.



In the spacious living and dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pad machine, kettle, toaster and egg boiler.



In the living area there is a couch that can be pulled out into a sofa bed and a TV. Enjoy cozy evenings watching TV or playing games with our modern and atmospheric LED lighting.



Adjacent is the light-flooded bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo and shower lotion. Fresh towels are provided for you.



The bedroom is located at the back of the apartment. Here you can relax in a 180x200 cm double bed. A spacious closet offers space for your clothes. An iron and a clothes horse are available for you.



The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating, has electric shutters and WLAN.



On request, we can provide a baby travel cot and / or a high chair.



Bicycle and car parking spaces are also available.
