This villa is ideally located on the edge of Moorea lagoon, between the Intercontinental Hotel and the beach Tipaniers , positioned at the center of a field of more than 1500 m2.

It has 2 bedrooms facing the lagoon + 2 bathrooms , around a large deck also facing the magnificent lagoon of Moorea. Of course you get a kitchen, a lounge , free internet , a large terrace with wicker and table for 6 people , 2 chairs in the garden and 2 armchairs. Children can sleep in the sofa bed in the living room again . As usual you will find a new bedding and high quality (Boutique Hotel ) , as well as sheets and towels .

You can easily take a kayak or paddle and paddle about 200m to find yourself amidst a sumptuous spot stingrays and sharks!
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
