Plastic pool side lounge chairs should be upgraded for a five star resort otherwise very happy with my stay.

All the right activities and excellent service at a beautiful place. Booked over Lagoon bungalow and received complimentary upgrade to Overwater bungalow.

What an incredibly magical time at the Hilton Moorea! The entire staff was incredibly accommodating and super friendly including the spa & restaurants, all services, activities etc. Our overwater bungalow was magnificent, we wanted to move in LOL! It was so tranquil & the lagoon was crystal clear. We will always remember this trip, and will be back here for sure! We loved the location, cleanliness, privacy, fun activities, and how lovely the staff was…. Wish I could give this review extra stars ⭐️!!! Thank you Hilton Moorea!

Great location. The staff was snobby with the exception of a few extremely nice people. Not nice enough to forget the bad apples unfortunately.

All the staff were helpful and friendly, We had a view of the Lagoon that was peaceful; We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning and tried both restaurants, favoring the grill.The pool was refreshing and we also benefited from the gym facility. Thank you Hilton Mo'orea for an unforgetable getaway!

I love the bungalows over water. I dislike very much the food

The property and all the free amenities were great. We had the over water bungalow #91 which looked over the mountains the water can’t beat a better view. The only thing negative about the property was if it rains hard the electricity would cut off. But it is a small beautiful island and a great hotel! I would come back in a heart beat!!

Resort itself beautiful. Rooms nice. 2 small waters, one large water bottle , 2 beers,2 diet cokes & 2 cokes stocked daily. Great coffee machine in room with 4 pods each day. Great air conditioning, comfy beds, relaxing plunge pool, romantic room, rain shower head & clawfoot tub. The beach & pool area never seemed crowded. The BEST SNORKELING EVER from beach. We saw so many fish, blacktip sharks, mantarays & eels. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The grounds are kept immaculate. I wish there were more options for breakfast. You either had to buy the buffet for $$ each day or do the meal plan. The buffet was incredible but some days you just want sone fruit & a coffee. There were no ala carte options, ever, for breakfast. We couldn’t justify paying $35 for a bowl of cereal. Personally. We only did buffet 2 mornings out of 6. They would have made more $ from us if we couldn’t have gotten what we wanted each day. Many guests that we spoke with felt the same. Our departure was 1:30 but checkout is at 11. They graciously offer you a room to change & get ready. The downside is there is no electricity which means no air conditioning. It was very humid in the room & it would have been nice to charge our phones before the 20 hours of traveling ahead of us. It was uncomfortable getting changed & starting our journey sweaty in the first hour. Overall one of if not the best property & vacations ever.

Place is a dump! Water comes into bungalow; right on top of the bed. Everything felt dirty. Nothing has been updated since the day they built it and they could care less of your opinion. SKIP this place!!!

Not friendly st all, not helpful on tours. Just wanted your dollars. Breakfast was just normal, nothing memorable. Asking for a later checkout but was impossible. The check out time us 11.00 and at 10:30 they expect you to be checking out. They offer a shower st the gym if u need to check out later but nothing more, no day room. Some thatched huts roofs were patchy and looked poor. The Intrrnational Continental is where we stayed in Tahiti and wished we stayed there in Moorea.

Beautiful location and excellent amenities. My Bangalore was overbooked but the staff jumped into action and took care of us w the garden suite w pool and a room credit. Was treated very well:)

TRhis hotel is great if you’re going for so-so. It’s worn and tired but the setting is beautiful and the lunch and dinner options are narrow.

The hotel has a great view of the lagoon and the mountains. It is very clean, and easy access to the lagoon and beach. However, the facility is just in Okay condition. There are not much going on for the evening activities. The choices for the food are limited since there is only two restaurants and one bar (they claim it's another restaurant which only serves crepes). The services at the restaurants are somewhat slow. However, the view is worth visiting.

Moorea's a beautiful place especially for a honeymoon if you have plenty of money to spend. With that being said, we expected a great stay at the most expensive place on the island. Things were good for the first two days and then we started noticing some things were off. Cleaning crew for the bungalows is not up to par. We were there a week and a half and had to call everyday for our room either not being cleaned properly, the towels not being changed out, or them missing our room all together. The Spa was broken the entire time we were there and there was a 2 inch trip hazard directly in front of our bungalow. We also had problems with our toilet and AC not staying very cold even on low temperature settings. The staff at the bar restaurant by the beach is subpar at best. The concierge staff and guides are great the location is perfect but they definitely have things to work on especially for the price and for the fact that it's Hilton Resort. The restaurants get boring after a couple days with very limited menus and expensive pricing. We found out by accident most of the local restaurants offer free shuttle which we utilized every day thereafter. That is another thing in the hotel concierge should mention to guests on arrival. Things are far apart and it's not a place you can walk to anything. The hotel offered us a small credit at the end of our stay which was something but I would much rather have had the 5-star experience that I paid for...
