VERY disappointing rental. We were 4 adults, and stayed for 1 week. This property is quite neglected, and requires attention. We booked on the North side of the island hoping that the wind would keep away any mosquitoes during a Dengue problem. This is also why we booked the front unit on this property. However, the bushes at the wall at the front of the property had not been trimmed in quite some time, and so, the 7-foot bushes that blocked our view, also blocked the breeze from the ocean. We knew there wasn’t a/c in the living area, which was fine. BUT no air in the yard, and no breeze from the ocean, kept the living area stifling hot- even with the wall patio door wide open. A ceiling fan did nothing to relieve this. The unit faces NE. The entire deck is shaded, with little sun in the yard, and none after 4:30pm The picnic table in the yard is so neglected, it wobbles and feels like it will collapse at any time. Neither of the 2 stairs has a simple railing.Inside, the unit is dirty, the door of the master suite does not latch. Since it is located beside the living room, there is no privacy in the master suite. The master bath is very dark, with no light fixture above the mirror.Th dish soap provided is watered down so much it is basically useless. Enjoy Villas did not check in with us once in a week, said “no” to lending us a toaster, and did not contact us at checkout. We would not return to this rental, and would be cautious of Enjoy Villas.
