Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160X190) bedroom 2 (2 beds of 90), small bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Mezzanine with laundry area. Beds made on arrival. Sheets provided. An old water mill from the 19th century completely restored on the edge of the woods. With a pleasant terrace arranged on the edge of the watercourse, the place is unusual and bucolic as desired. A small raised terrace at roof level and facing south serves as a solarium in fine weather. The vast living room and its fireplace are not lacking in authenticity and the mezzanine landing upstairs distributes the 2 bedrooms. Régine lives on the estate and offers you the warmest welcome in this unspoiled setting.
