Upstairs, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160X190) bedroom 2 (2 beds of 90), small bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Mezzanine with laundry area. Beds made on arrival. Sheets provided. Towels and household linen provided. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Wood provided. Private unfenced land. Terrace. Garden furniture. Barbecue. An old water mill from the 19th century completely restored on the edge of the woods. With a pleasant terrace arranged on the edge of the watercourse, the place is unusual and bucolic as desired. A small raised terrace at roof level and facing south serves as a solarium in fine weather. The vast living room and its fireplace are not lacking in authenticity and the mezzanine landing upstairs distributes the 2 bedrooms. Régine lives on the estate and offers you the warmest welcome in this unspoiled setting.
