Mall House has been in the same family since it was built in 1816. The self-catering property boasts three bedrooms and a stunning, private walled garden. Please be aware there are 5 steps leading to the garden apartment. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6, with a king size sleigh bed with en-suite, a twin room, and a third room with adult-sized bunk beds. It is the perfect for couples and families alike. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine, there are ample facilities for drying laundry outside. There is a walk-in shower room with underfloor heating and separate WC. The dining table seats six, and the living room includes a large screen LDC TV and DVD player, plus free wifi. The apartment is self contained.

There is a 4-night minimum stay, with check-in after 4pm and check-out is 10 am. The property has gas central heating .Changeover days are flexible and the apartment is professionally cleaned between guests. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment has hard wired smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, emergency lighting and a heat detector to keep our guests safe.

There is off-street parking available in the driveway of the house. If you would like to arrange a food delivery before your arrival, please get in touch after booking so we can ensure someone is here when it arrives.

Stunning Oasis

Maragret was an absolute GEM of a host. She was kind and helpful and informative. Her 200 year old stone house is abaokutely beautiful. We stayed in the basement apartment that comfortably fit 5 of us. Morning coffee in the garden was heavenly as we slowly walked around discovering the different flowers and fruits. Montrose is a good middle ground stay if you're doing Edinburgh and Isle of Skye in one trip. We would love to come back someday!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dem wundeschönen Anwesen von Margaret. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in waren unkompliziert und ging nach Absprache auch problemlos in der Nacht. Margaret fragte stets nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei oder wir etwas benötigten und war sehr herzlich. Ihr Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Ort Montrose bietet sich für Entspannung am Strand sowie Ausflüge im Osten Schottlands an. Alles in allem waren wir wunschlos glücklich. Vielen Dank für alles!
