Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash.

Pretty lovely staff but hotel/room way overpriced. Room smelled of smoke and there was a leak from the upstairs in to our bathroom floor, WiFi didn’t work, tv didn’t work… choose somewhere else even if the front desk receptionist is nice!

Amazing view of the lake. Friendly staff. A short walk to the mall for those who can't afford the extortionate restaurant prices. Free bus transport steps away. Good, simple breakfast with endless coffee for only chf 11. The only negative was the shower which is in need of simple repair and would save on towels as mopping up was required after every use. The shower head wouldn't stay in one place and the glass screen had almost no seal. A nuisance but not a deal breaker. This is a fantastic place to stay.
