not accurate

the overall place was not great- the apartment was not clean properly even though they charge a very expensive fee for cleaning services. The couch was dirty in between cushions, the sheets in one bed had a few stains, floors were dirty and some missing tiles- The construction of the place was truly poorly done. Great location.

Good Stay

The location of the property is fantastic. The Owner/Management were really good to deal with. The unit itself served our needs with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. The pictures on the posting are accurate however, we presumed access to the deck was direct from the unit but it was actually 1 floor down which was disappointing. The dishwasher was broken but we were not advised and had inadequate supplies in the unit for handwashing the dishes (no dish drainboard and no dish towels). We accommodated by using extra bath towels on hand. The management team were quick to respond to our request for dishwashing supplies and were apologetic.The comment in the listing of "Please note there is a few stairs to up." is misleading. There are two full flights of stairs up to the unit which are extremely challenging to anyone with mobility issues. No elevator in the building. There was also a strong odour of garbage in the 2nd bathroom that had a door to a back staircase where we believe garbage was stored. I would consider staying again but would ask for the one unit that does have access to the deck. With respect to check in, it was easy but we were told we would have the check in instructions 24hrs prior to our arrival. We only received them within hours of our arrival. This made us nervous as we were travelling from out of town and were worried we would end up with no accommodations.
