Hotel was clean and wonderful. The gym amd pool were also well maintained. The only downside was the noise. The first jight, we were in a room facing the highway. It was so noisy that we couldnt sleep at all. We asked to be changed for a different room for the second night amd the staff was wonderful and accommodating. We got another room much quieter and had a good night sleep. I would come back again if we can get a quiet room.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. My fiancé and I paid for breakfast and specifically informed both the waiter and waitress that we do not eat pork due to our religious beliefs. They assured us there would be no pork on our plates, yet we were both served pork in our meals not once, but twice. This was completely unacceptable and deeply disrespectful. In addition, the cleanliness of our room was far below standard. Despite bringing this to the attention of the front desk, no effort was made to resolve the issue. The hot tub and pool area were also in very poor condition. On Saturday evening, there were over 13 people crowded in the hot tub, making it impossible for us to use it. When we returned early the next morning around 6:05 a.m., we noticed it had not been cleaned at all it was extremely dirty and unsanitary. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Something needs to be done to improve the cleanliness, staff training, and overall quality of service. I have attached photos for reference and will not be staying here again.
