Overall, I appreciated the cleanliness—everything felt well-maintained. Parking was good too. However, I was disappointed by the service. The staff I interacted with—both during my late-night arrival ( gentleman) and the following morning ( girl)—were not friendly at all. I’m used to seeing a smile and a welcoming attitude, not curt or grumpy behavior. That part really stood out in a negative way. Breakfast was okay. P.S. When sending out emails, please make sure to include the English version as well. Since we’re in Canada, both English and French are official languages, and it’s important that communications are accessible to everyone—not just in French.

Clean room. Made us feel very comfortable. They set the clocks in the room forward. Called at 10:57 to remind us of check out time, which annoyed me abit but it’s whatever.
