Whether you’re here for work or relaxation, take advantage of the fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and dedicated workspace. Freshly laundered linens and thoughtful amenities are provided to ensure a comfortable stay.

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself—no shared spaces.

Check-in is simple and flexible thanks to a self check-in system. You’ll receive clear, step-by-step instructions one day before your arrival, giving you plenty of time to review and ask any questions.

Feel free to use all modern appliances in the newly renovated unit during your stay.

Occasionally, building staff or maintenance may need to access the unit for emergencies, inspections, or repairs. I’ll always inform you ahead of time whenever possible.

During winter, snow is cleared regularly but not daily. For longer stays or during heavy snowfall, a shovel and ice salt are provided for your use.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
