Excellent customer service. The hotel and room is very clean with nice modern furnishings. We watched a concert at Place Bell and the hotel is literally just accross the road. Good restaurant choices around. Very near to the metro. Id give an extra star if we had fluffier towels :)

Staff were fabulous, rooms were clean I have two concerns: 1- they didn’t clean the room while we’re there for two nights. I think every morning the room should be cleaned 2- each breakfast took 45 minutes to be ready like omlet not very special things , maybe they need more staffs for the kitchen
