JolieVilla independent with swimming pool (8x4) and small garden. Very quiet environment. House located between the river, the seaside and the mountain. It offers a pleasant and relaxing base. Many cultural activities (France radio music festival etc ...) and sports nearby. The sea is 20km away (La Grande Motte, Palavas, Sete etc ....)
Montpellier is nearby (15 minutes by car or 10 minutes from the tram which will provide you with a parking space and will take you to the historic center of Montpellier).
The village of Saint Gely is a 10-minute walk away.
The river is nearby: 20/25 minutes from country roads.
House on 2 levels. 2 bedrooms: upstairs a large air-conditioned bedroom (master suite) 160 cm bed and bathroom.
On the ground floor a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. Possibility for 4 people. Possibility of adding a bed for one person.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine. Le logement est tel qu’il est décrit dans l’annonce. L’extérieur est très agréable. La climatisation à l’étage est confortable. Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme.

Séjour agréable dans une jolie villa bien située

Villa dans un quartier calme, bien située, proche de Montpellier, entre la mer et l'arrière pays. Maison tout confort, avec belle pièce principale, la terrasse nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas dehors. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans la chambre à l'étage. Il était agréable de se baigner dans la piscine.
