Close to restaurants and 8 minutes waking to the tramway to Montpellier centre. I had a nice terrasse to relax. Breakfast prepared by my host was delicious.

A very convenient option for visiting Montpellier

A very convenient place to stay if visiting Montpellier (a short walk from tram stop) with plenty of free street parking, a big well-equipped room, good breakfast and a nice dip pool. The town centre of Castelnau with lots of decent restaurants and nice baker, charcuterie etc. is a few steps away.

Great base near a vibrant city

Great, homely place to spend time in southern France for a few days or an extended stay. Gregory is an excellent host, speaking fluent English and always willing to assist his guests. Location is good with easy access to the tram system making Montpellier only 15 minutes away. Montpelier is a vibrant attractive city with plenty to see and do with too many restaurants and bars to even atattempt to list!

Ă©vacuation d'eau trĂšs difficile. Rideau sĂ©parant chambre des toilettes/ salle de bains trĂšs limite pour une suite de luxe. CafetiĂšre trĂšs sale . simple vitrage aux portes fenĂȘtre, pas de stationnement prĂ©vu, si ce n'est dans la rue dĂ©jĂ  tres prisĂ©.

J ai choisi cet hébergement car mon mari était hospitalisé à la clinique tout prÚs . TrÚs déçue des conditions d hébergement La chambre est certes spacieuse et propre mais chauffage distribué avec parcimonie voir pas du tout à certaines heures. pas de possibilité de régler la température seul le propriétaire peut le faire Salle de bain sans chauffage en marche à 19h donc difficile de prendre une douche dans ces conditions lorsque la température extérieure ressentie est de 9 degrés Le matin aprÚs 9 heures obligée d aller marcher dehors trop froid pour rester à l intérieur Ne vaut pas le prix payé et un dédommagement serait tout à fait normal

TrĂšs déçu. J’avais rĂ©servĂ© une nuit dans ce Bed&breakfast en raison de la note moyenne des avis. 9,2 c’est pas rien. RĂ©sultat. Pas de parking disponible. ObligĂ© de garer la voiture Ă  200m dans la rue sur un stationnement payant et limitĂ©. Chambre tristounette. Propre mais pas vraiment lumineuse. Cuisine pas du tout fonctionnelle. Literie bonne. Vue sur la maison d’en face. Bref je donnerai une note de 7 mais de 9.2.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© "Aux terrasses de Castelnau" afin de nous rendre Ă  un rendez-vous mĂ©dical Ă  la Clinique du Parc. La rĂ©sidence se trouve Ă  environ 5 minutes Ă  pied de la clinique, ce qui est vraiment pratique, pas besoin de chercher de stationnement. Nous avons passĂ© une soirĂ©e et une nuit trĂšs agrĂ©able. L'appartement est spacieux, calme, propre, non fumeur. Il possĂšde un coin cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e d'un frigo, une plaque chauffante, un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, une cafetiĂšre Ă  cafĂ©, de la vaisselle, des ustensiles de cuisine, linge de vaisselle... IdĂ©al pour ce prĂ©parer des petits repas. Le petit plus de cet appartement est la charmante petite terrasse arborĂ©e, oĂč nous avons pris le souper et le petit dĂ©jeuner, loin des regards du voisinage. En ce qui concerne l'accueil. À notre arrivĂ©e, aux environs de 18h, le propriĂ©taire n'Ă©tait pas lĂ . Cependant j'avais reçu un mail avec toutes les informations pour accĂ©der Ă  notre logement sans encombre. Une dizaine de minutes plus tard, le propriĂ©taire est venu se prĂ©senter, faire connaissance, voir si nous Ă©tions bien installĂ©s et si nous ne manquions de rien. Nous avons Ă©normĂ©ment apprĂ©ciĂ© l'attention dont il a fait preuve lors de la prĂ©paration de notre petit dĂ©jeuner. Il nous a servi des produits de qualitĂ© et la cerise sur le gĂąteau, c'Ă©tait du bio. En conclusion, nous recommandons cette location Ă  💯%. D'ailleurs nous avons rĂ©servĂ© Ă  nouveau pour quelques jours au mois de juin.
