Fully air-conditioned, the house has a large, bright living room-kitchen of 35 m2 with a large picture window overlooking the terrace, and a central corridor distributing four bedrooms all equipped with double beds with new bedding (1x160 cm; 3x 140cm) , a small bathroom (shower) and a bathroom.
An ovoid outdoor swimming pool of 3 x 8m and a large, not overlooked wooden terrace of 40 m2.
Two small gardens, one with magnolia, the other with olive trees surround the house.
Two parking spaces on the common plot of the impasse des pampres.
