House located in the center of the village, between the Barétous valley and the Soule valley (Iraty forest, Kakuetta Gorges, Holzarte footbridge, La Pierre Saint Martin ski resort). Gîte upstairs with access by steps and terrace. Equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, oven and microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher), living room (TV, stereo, DVD player, internet box with telephone). Lounge area (open fireplace), 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), bathroom, wc. Electric heating and air conditioning extra (air-conditioned living room and kitchen). Wood extra. Possibility to rent sheets + towels. Terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Very beautiful closed park with trees and flowers (closed) of 1500 m2, with swing. Car park. 4 km from Tardets, 30 minutes from Pierre St Martin, Kakouetta and Holzarte, beautiful Souletine house with large enclosed grounds
