Location. Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location, with a large garden, very well maintained down to the last detail. The house has a large swimming pool (14 m x 3 m x 1.50 deep) for swimming, a whirlpool and, of course, a beautiful terrace. The property, which is well fenced, can be reached via a small road and is accessed through an electric gate. On the property, you can enjoy the beautiful garden, the terrace and, of course, the brand new and well-maintained swimming pool. There is also a gazebo in the pool area.
Parking on the property. The sandy beach (Marina dei Ronchi) is only 4 km away.
Facilities: Upon entering the house, you come directly into the large kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances.
A large table and chairs are available for dining in the house. Next door is the living room with a double sofa bed. Bathroom with shower. Small bedroom with a sofa bed.
First floor: bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.
Attic: bedroom with double bed.
To be paid on site: Deposit £500. Dog £50 per week. Final cleaning £100. Bed linen and towels provided once free of charge, change on request £10 per person.
