The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming XVᵉ century family home bordered by nature, located on the outskirts of a small Anjou village. You can take full advantage of this beautiful region with its rich historical and gastronomic heritage. The 250 m² house can comfortably accommodate 10 people. It comprises a large lounge, a small lounge with TV and library, a large kitchen opening onto the outside, 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and a large garden planted with trees. Linen provided, on-site parking, wifi.

Le Castel Très bel endroit. Nous avons passé un WE en famille et avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à habiter ce petit château pendant quelques jours. Nous tenons à souligner que l’accueil était parfait, la literie très bonne et la cuisine parfaitement équipée. Nous avons également apprécié le bbq et le jardin. C’était franchement magnifique et nous comptons y revenir. Merci.

Pas de commerces dans le village mais tout est disponible à 5 minutes en voiture. Les hôtes étaient réactifs et très arrangeant sur les heures d'arrivés et de départ. Je recommande !"

Très décevant au final

Les points positifs : - Une belle et grande demeure avec un charme désuet, un beau jardin bien entretenu - La possibilité d’utiliser la cheminée - Une salle de douche refaite au rez-de-chaussée Les points négatifs - Une propreté générale de la maison limite (hors salles de douches / WC qui étaient très propres) compte tenu du prix de la location, en particulier la cuisine : joints du plan de travail pas nettoyés, réfrigérateurs en partie remplis de bocaux et bouteilles entamés, de fait avec une odeur de pas très propre, sol ok mais sans plus. - Après notre départ il nous a été reproché d’avoir pris deux oreillers – ce que nous n’avions pas fait. Nous étions déjà trop loin pour pouvoir faire quoi que ce soit. S’en sont suivis des échanges lunaires avec l’agence de la propriétaire, la propriétaire et Abritel, chacun se renvoyant la responsabilité sur le fait de répondre à notre contestation. o Le premier montant retenu sur notre caution était totalement faux et englobait d’autres achats faits par la propriétaire ; le montant final retenu a inclus outre les deux oreillers un coussin dont nous n’avions jamais entendu parler. o Nous n’avons jamais été écoutés - nous étions de bonne foi - malgré la loi qui était de notre côté ; en effet aucun état des lieux n'a été établi à l'entrée dans la maison. L'article 1731 du Code Civil présume que dans ce cas le locataire a restitué les lieux en bon état, sauf preuve contraire. Nous n’avons jamais reçu d’élément de preuve Ce n’est pas une question de montant mais de principe. Si nous avons abandonné le sujet c’est parce que nous avons subi le décès brutal d’un proche et avions d’autres sujets en tête. - Il nous a également été reproché dans le litige d’avoir laissé la cuisine sale en raison de la présence de deux chiens. Chiens que nous avions bien sûr déclaré ; le sol de la cuisine a été balayé avant le départ et nous avons réglé le forfait ménage Abritel a été en-dessous de tout car nous a renvoyés vers l’agence de la propriétaire alors que nous étions avant tout clients d’Abritel. La propriétaire nous a indiqué que nous étions les premiers à causer ce type de souci. Ce n’était pas le son de cloche de la femme de ménage qui nous a indiqué que la télévision avait été volée une fois, et le sèche-linge supprimé après deux casses. Nous avons loué à plusieurs reprise des logements et jamais nous n’avons été confrontés à une telle situation. Toutes nos évaluations antérieures ont toujours été positives.

Très jolie maison en pierre, très agréable, pièces très spacieuses, des sols superbes, des bibliothèques partout ! Très bien située : proche d'Angers, Saumur, Le Mans, villes magnifiques, de tous les châteaux de la Loire, de charmants villages médiévaux, et de domaines vinicoles !
