Lovely villa

Very practical property for either three couples or family plus grand parents. Not recommended for children under six because of spiral staircase access to bedroom. Well furnished, a good pool and effective air conditioning. Shade in the gardens but only one umbrella around the pool. Great views from dining terrace. Car essential and access road is a very rough track.

Un cadre superbe et une vue imprenable sur le phare d’île rousse et la mer. Aucun vis à vis et un endroit très calme. Une agence très sympa et arrangeante. Bref ! Un cadre idéal et toutes les conditions réunies pour passer d’excellentes vacances… si ce n’est que l’entretien général vient ternir le tout. En effet, des bains de soleil et des parasols cassés, un plancher intérieur en piteux état, peu d’ustensiles de cuisine, pas de robot pour nettoyer la piscine et un prestataire qui ne passe qu’une seule fois en 2 semaines (et à notre demande) pour la nettoyer malgré le vent. Un portail électrique qui ne fonctionne que manuellement. Rajoutons à cela des traverses de la rambarde du balcon cassées et tout cela pour un prix de grand standing. Alors, Super !.. mais…
