The building was falling down and stunk inside. Didn’t even stay went elsewhere!
Not bad for the price but the outlets were awful nothing stays in them couldn't really charge our multiple devices.

went to check in-computers down-used public bathroom -3 dead bugs on floor. Didn't check in-was charged anyway. Orbitz did not stand behind mefor money back.
The locations great if you need somewhere decent to stay in the Catskills. We were 2 friends who needed a place to stay but I think this place is family friendly too. Really nice staff! I would come back.
Hair in the tub. Flickering light in bathroom. Dirty bathroom. Staff doesnt speak english. Would not go back!
Stayed one night for local concert at Bethel Woods. Hair dryer did die on us,called front desk about it and nothing was ever done about it. Thanks anyway!
My family and I had a great experience. We were greated by a very friendly lady at the front desk. She was aware that we were coming and check-in was fast.
We were accomodated for a late check-in, and the staff kindly re-assigned our room away from other guests when we informed her one child was disabled, loud and difficult to put to bed. We were informed, in the midst of remodeling, the furniture was brand new and the baffles holding the drawers closed had not yet been removed. We declined the offer to remove them since it was only an overnight visit. Diner practically next door, and 12 minutes from our ultimate destination.
We had a King bed, no smoking room, mattress was firm as we like it, seemed quite new; bathroom and room were both very clean, breakfast was more than adequate with good choice; Woman at the desk was a little fey, but pleasant. All in all, a good experience for what it was.

Upon arrival they claimed they didnt have room or king bed there was dirty washcloth above closet staff was difficult
Overall positive. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff friedly, and continental breakfast quite satisfactory.

This hotel has been much maligned by others. It certainly wasn't the Ritz but it certainly wasn't as bad as others have stated. The managers were polite and the room was clean. The breakfast was adaquate and the price was great. Value for the price was excellent. We booked without checking reviews and then checked and were really nervous about the booking until we arrived and were pleasantly surprised. The property is a bit tired but they are working on it. While we were there they were painting and changing lights. Come on folks give them a break.
really weird place lobby was filthy,front desk clerk was ranting about someones credit card that was rejected,asked me to hold her phone while she re checked my credit card which had already been approved,took nearly 20-25 minutes to check in with no one in the lobby
