Villa for 6 people on two levels.
On the upper floor you will find:
- master bedroom with sea view terrace and bathroom. A 140 bed.
- pool side room with two 90 cm beds possibility of making a 180 cm bed
- bedroom on the Ile-rousse side with two 90 cm beds possibility of making a 180 cm bed
- for the two independent bedrooms, a bathroom with shower.
- an independent WC on the landing of the rooms.
On the garden level:
- a living / dining room, overlooking a sea side terrace, equipped with a table for 6 people and a gas barbecue.
- an open kitchen with electric oven, mixed gas / electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
- an independent WC
- a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.
Outside, an arbor shelters a garden furniture. A few steps from the house, the private 8x4m swimming pool with its wooden planked beach receives deckchairs and parasols for moments of relaxation, sheltered in the heart of the maquis.

The house is located on a 5000m² plot planted with fruit trees and fitted out with irrigation basins. This family land was intended for several decades for a food crop. The children's walk is done under the supervision of the parents.

Access from the village entrance at five minutes is by a tarmac track, then more "rustic" for a few tens of meters. No need for a 4X4! ...

The village offers many possibilities for activities, municipal swimming pool, tennis, hiking, mini golf, horse riding center with organized walks, concerts, etc ... On the village square the restaurant "La Pasturella" and the hotel bar provide breakfasts, brunch, lunch and dinner at an excellent value for money. A small grocery store will allow you to shop for local products or essentials.

Regarding reservations in summer (June, July, August) reservations are made by 7-day period, not divisible from Sunday to Sunday.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Lovely Villa with great views
We enjoyed our stay here. The villa was spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the upstairs terrace which is off the main bedroom. A great place to hide from the Corsican heat and enjoy the views. The villa is in a remote area but only a 15 minute walk to the village where there is a useful store and lovely restaurant/bar. Lovely beaches are within a 15/20 minute drive. My only disappointment (given we arrived late) was there wasn't a welcome package on arrival so had to wait until the following morning before we could get any supplies. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely lovely Villa
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very secluded, offers amazing views of the bay of Ilie Rousse and is very spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time at the splendid private pool. We were spoilt for choice with three outside terraces. The hosts were lovely and very helpful.

"Best Villa Ever"
We had an amazing week in Monticello. We have 3 boys aged 10,12,15 who rated this the best villa they had stayed in (having been to France, Spain and Crete over the last years). It is a beautiful location with stunning views over the sea, and lots of space outside to enjoy this from. The house is well equipped, luxurious and clean. The hosts are very welcoming, meeting us en route to show us the last bit of the drive. There is one 5 metre section that is rough and steep, but perfectly OK for our basic VW Touran hire car. The rest of the drive was no different to what you get used to driving round Corsica. There is a massive Leclerc supermarket which is on easy route to/from the main beaches, all only 15-20 mins away. Going further, we had a great days to Scandola and Saleccia. My highlight was going to Ostraconi beach for the sunset. There is now a big carpark there, but the beach is virtually empty in the evening. There is a 1km walk along a path to get to the beach - just remember the way since it will be dark on the way back (we ended up finding ourselves in the local campsite!) To summarise - this is a great villa in a great location and we would love to come back!

Perfect hideaway for the family to relax, deep in the maquis with stunning views
The villa was perfect for our family, secluded and tranquil, with beautiful views. Only 10 mins to the town and lovely beaches, with easy access all along the coast to beaches up to Calvi. The road to the villa is a rollercoaster ride down the side of the hill, not for the feint hearted but we found it fun. The terrace was the perfect place to watch the sunset with cocktails, make sure you see it, was stunning!

Très bon séjour en famille dans cette magnifique Balagne proche de la mer et des villages Haut de corse. Maison très confortable ultra propre offrant une vue dont on ne lasse pas. La piscine était bien appréciée après les journées chaudes. Un grand merci à Mr pour son accueil disponibilité et covseils donnes.

Le paradis sur terre !
Nous avons tout simplement été ravis du séjour chez Stéphane, au-delà de nos espérances. Tout était parfait, la maison, l'emplacement au calme, le terrain, la terrasse vue sur mer, la piscine très accessible, la plancha,...et l'excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le propriétaire est disponible mais discret, et de très bon conseil. Nous y retournerons sûrement, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Une vue imprenable
Points positifs : une vue extraordinaire (mer et montagne), en particulier depuis du haut. Le calme et l'intimité grâce à la taille importante du domaine. La situation (quelques minutes de l'île rousse et à une quinzaine de minutes de bodri ou lozari). Citrons, oranges et pamplemousses à disposition dans le verger. Un hôte sympathique, arrangeant, très réactif et de bons conseils. Petits bémols : le manque d'équipement de la cuisine (ouvre bouteille, tire bouchons, casseroles, tupperware... Un petit fond de cuisine aurait également été apprécié). Il est également dommage que la vue sur la mer depuis la piscine qui fait tant rêver sur les photos soit aujourd'hui remplacée par les arbres. Quoi qu'il en soit nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un endroit agréable, qui bénéficie d'un site exceptionnel

Perfect, peacefull accomodation.
We had a great time in this beautifully situated location in Balagne :-) We have enjoyed the silence from various places that this property has to offer, with a beautiful view over a valley and a bay. Tout le confort d’une maison en pleine nature
Excellent séjour dans cette maison joliment décorée et très bien équipée, qui correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous y avons séjourné 2 semaines er nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La vue magnifique sur la mer de la terrasse parentale nous manquera. Notre hôte a été prévenant et accueillant. La maison est isolée, c’est le prix à payer pour une exceptionnelle tranquillité, donc prévoyez une voiture pour les déplacements.

Splendide !
Superbe maison dans un superbe village proche de l’Ile Rousse. La maison est spacieuse et impeccable. Très belle terrasse et incroyable balcon dans la chambre parentale. Eine sehr schön Unterkunft mit super netten Gastgebern. Die Gastgeber stehen mit Rat für die Ausflüge zur Verfügung und bei Fragen und Problemen wird sofort reagiert. Die Lage ist ein Traum, genau wie der Ausblick jeden Morgen beim Kaffee. Die Terasse und den großen Grill haben wir fast täglich für gemütliche Abende genutzt. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Ruhe, Natur, Meerblick und schöne Spots in der Nähe
Das Haus bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, um sich auf vielfältige Weise wohl zu fühlen und zu erholen. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Und wenn man der Ruhe mal entkommen möchte, sind Ausflugsziele und Strände mit dem Auto gut und schnell zu erreichen. Stéphane ist super nett und gibt gerne Tipps. Mit Pool und Outdoor-Grill sammelt das schöne Domizil besondere Pluspunkte.

Très bon séjour dans villa fonctionnelle
nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants et avons séjourné dans cette villa très fonctionnelle avec une piscine juste à côté. la vue est splendide surtout depuis le 1er étage de la villa. seul bémol: la piscine est à l'ombre à partir de 17h en août... la villa en revanche reste fraîche même sans climatisation.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub!
Das Haus ist absolut ruhig gelegen mit fantastischem Ausblick aufs Meer. Für die Anfahrt muss man keine Bedenken haben - auch die letzten unbefestigten 25 Meter von der Straße bis zur Grundstückseinfahrt sind kein Problem. Das Haus ist top und modern ausgestattet - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter Stephane ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war eine Gartenliege kaputtgegangen, die von Stephane sofort durch zwei neue Liegen ersetzt wurde.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Meerblick
Gut ausgestattetes Haus auf riesigem Grundstück. Mehrere Freisitze und große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Sehr schöner, großer Pool. Nette Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Schöne Spaziergänge vom Haus aus möglich, guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern) waren rundum zufrieden.

MAGNIFIQUE SÉJOUR EN FAMILLE
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, très propre, bien équipée, les chambres et les salles de bain sont spacieuses . L'endroit est idéal pour se ressourcer, la piscine, le calme, pas de vis -à -vis, l'odeur du maquis , le vol des milans ...... Sans oublier l'accueil incomparable de Stéphane qui nous a permis de découvrir une Corse authentique. Encore un grand merci.

Accueil sympathique et séjour agréable
Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison offrant une très belle vue sur la baie de l'Ile Rousse. Intérieur très fonctionnel et bien équipé, belles chambres, literie confortable, salles de bains spacieuses, Wi-Fi efficace et constant au RC (un peu moins à l'étage). Les propriétaires, charmants et disponibles, préparent des améliorations pour la saison prochaine (éclairage extérieur et piscine notamment), mais n'ont pas de moyen d'action sur le seul point noir, l'accès à la propriété : la route bitumée venant du village s'arrête à 25 m de l'entrée. Résultat, il faut passer sur un chemin de terre raviné et caillouteux pour atteindre le chemin bétonné montant vers la maison. En clair, prévoir une voiture haute, genre SUV ou 4X4. Les possesseurs de cabriolet à garde au sol basse (comme moi) risquent d'y abimer le soubassement de leur voiture. Ce problème est du ressort de la municipalité, qui semble ne pas s'en soucier jusque-là. Dommage. L'endroit est magnifique, arboré et offrant les senteurs du maquis alentour. Il faut espérer que la mairie de Monticello se secoue pour ajouter 25 mètres d'asphalte très rapidement.
