Lovely villa

This is a lovely villa, set up in the hills just outside I'lle Rousse. Celia was there to greet us and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The pool was cleaned everyday. As the other reviews state, it is an extremely well equipped villa and very comfortable. We travelled with two teenage children, one had the bedroom and the other used the pull out sofa bed. The lounge was big enough to have this bed down all the time. You definitely need a car if you want to go into the town of I'lle Rousse for an evening. It is about a 30 minute walk (up hill on the way home). However at many points there is no pavement and the road does get quite busy. We had read that there were bikes available, but this wasn't the case when we visited. We stayed here in August and it was impossible to get a taxi. The town itself is lovely and plenty of atmosphere, restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches. Overall a lovely place.

Mérite bien plus que 5 étoiles 🤩

Vraiment le top du top ! Accueil très sympathique non seulement à l’arrivée mais également pendant le séjour . Nous avons été immédiatement invités à nous rendre dans le potager et à nous servir à discrétion. Puis tous les matins , nous trouvions sur la table de notre terrasse croissants et baguette ! La maison est parfaite ( de plein pied ) , avec une chambre et sa salle de bain attenante et une 2nde chambre avec sa salle d’eau attenante. L’extérieur n’est pas en reste ! BBQ , une grande table sous un auvent en bois , une cuisine d’été et des transats tout autour de là piscine ( chauffée ! Ce qui a son interêt en fonction de la saison ! ) toujours propre grâce au nettoyage quotidien effectué par un monsieur très discret et très matinal ! En enfin , le domaine se trouve à quelques minutes , en voiture , de l.ile Rousse . Si vous préférez vous y rendre en vélo , pas de soucis , vous trouverez sur place des vélos ( et des casques ! ) empruntables à votre guise !! Je vous assure que nous avons cherché LE point faible !!!! Et bien non !!! Nous ne l’avons pas trouvé !!! Et la Balagne reste , à notre avis , le plus bel endroit de Corse . Merci pour ce séjour de rêve .
