At the gates of Ile Rousse, at the bottom of the town of Monticello, villa with private pool of 7mx3m, small sea view, terraces, garden with trees.

The villa is equipped for 6 people, and is organized as follows:
on the same level and on the same level:

- An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, electric oven, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine) open to a living room (TV, sofa)
- two bedrooms each with a 140 bed, one with its private bathroom
