This property has direct lake access, elevators, private dock & access to boat launch. It is a quiet community on a dead-end street that is walking distance to Walden Yacht Club, Breakwater Grill & an Olympic sized swimming pool on the lake! Walden has a fitness center, several pools, & tennis/pickleball courts, parks, walking trails, marina, etc.

The primary bathroom is fully stocked...bring your toothbrush & enjoy all of the comforts of home! The kitchen is cook-ready with Keurig coffee maker, dishes, etc. 2 TVs with cable; Wi-fi, etc. Come & make yourself at home! Fresh, clean & ready! Come to relax & enjoy the natural beauty of the Lake Conroe area.
