This was one of the most peaceful and comfortable stays I’ve ever had.The beds were honestly the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on — I slept so well every single night. The lake was just steps from the back patio, making mornings and evenings incredibly serene. The whole property felt calm, quiet, and easy to settle into.The location was simple to find, and the security guards were wonderful — friendly, professional, and made me feel truly safe at all times. The house itself was spotless upon arrival, and the kitchen had every single item I needed to cook real meals without missing a thing. I loved making cute cocktails in the adorable bar. Waking up every morning felt like a dream with remote control shades to balance the gorgeous light, before sitting on the patio for a cup of coffee, watching people fish, and going for a walk along the boardwalk. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this property. The beds were very comfortable. Showers were awesome and we enjoyed fishing off the dock right outside the back door.

Wonderful vacation condo!!

As advertised. The condo was beautiful! Very comfortable beds and furniture. Amazing views of the water!! The condo was very clean, immaculate! We had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and then some. Fishing right outside the patio was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and very beautiful. The only problem was getting past the security guard stand! It was a nightmare, but it was taken care of by rental property in a wonderful and timely manner. Make sure you have a guest pass to enter the neighborhood of April Sound or you WILL NOT GET IN. It took us a total of 90 minutes, (total) 2 separate times to get in. The gaurd said you are not on the list and told us to leave. We had to call the rental property and wait on hold while they took care of it. Once we had a guest pass we were golden!

Nice and relaxing

This lakeside home is definitely as described and very inviting. I visited with my son’s ages 22, 21 and 17. Overall we enjoyed the home and would reserve again due to comfort and location. I loved that there was enough space and comfy seating in the living room. We brought some games, but plenty were also provided. We didn’t bring fishing gear, but next time we will since the home is so close to the lake. The only major issue we had is that my oldest son’s went to the store and when they returned they couldn’t get clearance from security. I didn’t know that each person had to be listed with security. It was difficult getting through to management to get my son added. Since we had all rode in one vehicle, I literally had to walk from the home to the front security gate at 9pm-which was about a 20min walk! So a warning to those with multiple guests, make sure they are added to the security list-not just the person who has the reservation.But again, none of that takes away from the good time and memories we shared in this lovely home. I’d reserve again in the future!

Great location & great view

Traveled to lake Conroe for a weekend stay. Have stayed in April Sound previously and it's a great area. This property is located close to the clubhouse and of definitely recommend. Property manager was very responsive!

We enjoyed the access to the water, we were able to take boat ride and because of this access the boat driver was able to pull directly up to house
