Train Depot_3 BR Home w/ Pool, Sand Volleyball and Pool Table

This property is ideal for hanging out and having a good time. We have recently remodeled this home, which has giant windows offering wonderful natural light, great open living space, a pool table, a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals, and a nice, covered back deck overlooking the swimming pool. We have two grills to choose from for your grilling pleasure. There is also beach volleyball, a fire pit, and a nice open area on the other side of the fenced in pool area to enjoy.
In addition to enjoying this home, guests may also inquire about utilizing (or having access to) an 'adult' game room that sits to the left of the house by the sand volleyball court. An additional fee 'may' apply access, so be sure to ask about it and check it out. Here you'll have another pool table to enjoy in addition to shuffle board. It has a a kitchenette, full bathroom, sitting area, and two huge TVs. It makes for a great hang out (or man cave, rather) to compliment your stay with us!

This Train Depot rental is located on a property along with two other rental units (our Game Junction, as mentioned above, and our Hidden Gem unit), so if you're planning a family gathering or looking to hang out somewhere for a stay with friends, message the host, Roy, to inquire about availability of adjacent properties or check our accommodation availability feature on our website. The entire property (ALL 3 units) will comfortably sleep up to 20 guests!

If you are planning a social gathering here, but only the maximum number of guests will be staying the night, we do require approval prior to check-in and an additional fee may apply based on the number of people expected to enjoy this accommodation with you for your gathering or event. Again, we do allow social gatherings, but WE DO REQUIRE NOTIFICATION prior to check-in and the HOST's FINAL APPROVAL.

** PETS ALLOWED_$50 Per Pet FEE applies upon check-in unless you process payment at time of booking. ** We ask that pets are kenneled, when left unattended in our homes. And if they snuggle with you on furniture, we ask that blankets or pads are placed beneath them.

Upon Host approval, you may pay for and confirm your late check-out via Guest Guide link provided and Stripe Connect (credit card transaction).
