Porch and fire-pit were awesome with great views of the lake. We also had some lovely deer visitors in the yard at night. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Fantastic location, thoughtful touches and amenities and overall a great place. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into this property. Overall a great stay in a lovely location and would recommend for families and older adults. Communication with host was prompt and friendly. Be sure to read all the fine print about restrictions and extra fees if you have a large party. Parking is also a consideration with a mixed group. The listing does not specifically mention it, but the property is a duplex with a shared wall, not a standalone unit. Noise levels after 10pm definitely need to be kept to a reasonable minimum inside the property or neighbor will call security. It’s definitely a consideration for younger/louder adults who want to keep the evening going into the late night outside or inside with music above conversational volume. Reasonable volume levels were not an issue at all however. Overall, well done!

Lakefront Weekend

This property was very clean. Well equipped with everything you need, from spices in the kitchen to beach towels for outside. The lily pad and kayaks were a big hit! The view is gorgeous and the neighborhood was so quiet. Our host Amy was fantastic! Always quick to respond with the many questions I had about the area.

Perfect family getaway!

Great vacation with lots to do. The rental was very clean and stocked with many of the necessities needed. No need to bring hairdryer, shampoo/conditiner, toilet paper, paper towels they had it all. My hosts were very responsive to any questions I had. A few miles down the road is a Wal Mart, coffee shop and liquor store. We enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding, sunning on the lily pad, boat riding and more. Wonderful vacation experience! Hope to go back next summer.

Wonderful Experience at Lake Conroe Waterfront Cottage!

We can't say enough about our stay at Lake Conroe Waterfront Cottage. It was the perfect place for our three generations of family to meet up and enjoy Easter weekend. The cottage was full of amenities, for both indoor and outdoor needs, and there was plenty of space for all of us. It was thoughtfully decorated and the kitchen was fully appointed, which was great because we cooked several meals together. We loved sitting on the back porch and had a front row seat to watching an incredible rain storm one evening. The kids loved the Lily Pad and we all enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding around the lake. Amy, our host, was extremely responsive and accommodating. We all hope to return in the future!

Everything we wanted & more with stunning views of lake

My friend & I desperately needed a weekend away together. We wanted lakefront property with full views of the water & accommodations that were rather posh - we decided we deserved to splurge & be spoiled!! This beautiful place was truly amazing & exceeded our expectations in so many ways!From the outstanding views to the lovely furnishings to the attention to details, to making sure you have everything you need....it was a "wow" from the moment we opened the door & the "wows" continued during our initial walk through the property.The weekend we picked turned out to be rather cold but we still had amazing views of the lake through the floor to ceiling glass panels on the lake side of the house & the comfy couches were great for much needed time together for long chats.The townhouse was fully stocked with everything except food & beverages (although there were coffee pods, breakfast bars, & jars of snacks for guests to enjoy). Amy was readily available for answering questions any time we had them.Thank you, Amy, for sharing your beautiful lake home with us & being a wonderful host. We hope to go back again soon!

Wonderful Lakeside Property

This was a wonderful property! Where to begin? The place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, spices, oils, etc. The coffee area had both drip and Keurig with full supplies. There was plenty of sleeping areas. The master bed I stayed in was quite comfortable. Although we didn't use them, there were toys, games, water kayaks, and an arcade style game system. The outside sitting area was spacious with a propane fire pit. The lake view was phenomenal. And I always appreciate a host that goes through and labels all of the drawers and cabinet doors. This location has made it into my top 3 rental properties. Will definitely be coming back.

Cozy girls weekend

Check in was easy, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We loved the house! Everything we could need in the kitchen. Good attention to detail. Appreciated that we didn’t have to worry about the little things like paper towels and dish soap. The back porch was great to sit and visit and look at the lake. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet.

Beautiful and Cozy Lake Home

The property is very well appointed and looks just like the photos. The home has incredible lake views and is located in the gorgeous community of April Sound. The host communicated proactively and was very responsive! I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Great staycation!

We rented this home for a 3-night staycation for our family. Situated directly on the lake, it provides unobstructed views and gorgeous sunrises. Rental is well-kept and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are generously stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook meals. The back yard is big enough for the kids to throw a ball around. Owners are great communicators and were available for any issues that arose.

Perfect girls get away

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The home was very well appointed and welcoming. Amy was a wonderful host and even suggested fun things that were going on in the area that weekend. If you are interested in an active fun lake weekend or a laid back relaxing “sittin’ on the porch” weekend, this is the place for you.

Fabulous Memories!

The cottage was amazing! It is beautiful and so near the water. Just the get away that we needed. My daughters, my cousin and my aunt had a wonderful time and made some fantastic long lasting memories! Highly recommend! Amy is very responsive and helpful in every way!

This place is better than the pictures! The beds are quality and super comfortable even the trundle beds in the office. Communication with the manager is 10/10. This property was perfect for our multi family get together. We will definitely stay again.
