Within short walking distance, you have all you need: restaurants, supermarkets, organic food stores, ice cream parlors, hairdressers and barbershops, foreign exchange houses, bus stops, outdoor gym equipment at the beautiful Rambla (ideal for strolling and exercising), squares with games for children, beach/seaside. The apartment is full of nice details: Eclectically selected pieces of furniture, state-of-the-art appliances, orthopedic big mattresses, two complete bathrooms (one with hydro-jet shower), 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, 100% cotton towels, reverse osmosis treatment for kitchen tap water, breakfast bar, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, electric convection oven, combined microwave oven, gas stoves and induction stoves, 50" Smart TV, free Wi-fi, etc.
