The villa is only about five minutes by car from Montespertoli, a medieval town offering restaurants, shops and a supermarket. Montespertoli is renowned for its wine and is the largest producer of Chianti DOCG in the world.Every year at the end of May, the town hosts the Chianti Exhibition, drawing visitors from near and far. Memorable day trips include Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena.
