The property was great particularly the outdoor areas and pool with plenty of big tables, pool lounges etc. We booked the whole property and so had all of the separate parts. Each room or set of rooms had their own kitchen and sitting area. This meant there wasn’t a big kitchen/sitting room for all 10 of us. It wasn’t a problem because the weather was perfect and we were outside all the time. There was a regional power cut while we were there and Agnese and her family were wonderful in help us get through that. They were responsive and extremely helpful.

Family stay for a local wedding. Views are great. House I great. I would recommend having a chef come in, which was fantastic. Also, best to get a car. FYI , you will need 500 cash deposit on arrival. Which is standard in area villas .

This is a beautiful property in a fabulous location for a family getaway. We loved our little walk to the bakery in the mornings and to the pizza restaurant in the evenings. I could contact Agnese very easily throughout our stay who was very helpful and very friendly. We’re already talking about staying again.

A beautiful stay with stunning views, fantastic weather, and the kindest hosts.

We had such a lovely stay here. From the moment we arrived, the owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They made us feel so welcome and were always on hand if we needed anything, which really took the stress out of things and let us properly switch off.The house had everything we needed – comfortable, well looked after, and full of little touches that made a difference. And the views… wow. Every morning we’d sit outside with a coffee and just take it all in – rolling hills, vineyards, that golden Tuscan light. It was genuinely breathtaking.We were lucky with the weather too – sunshine every day – and we made the most of it, visiting nearby towns, relaxing in the garden, and eating far too much. The hosts restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on. Every place we tried was delicious, full of character, and exactly the kind of local gems we were hoping for.It was the kind of holiday that leaves you feeling lighter and happier – couldn’t recommend it more - we just needed an extra week there!

Magnificent!!

Beautiful and spacious villa for extended family. The grounds are wonderfully landscaped and views breathtaking! The location was central to visit Florence and nearby hill towns. Agnese and her family were welcoming hosts and responded timely to any inquiries. We highly recommend Villa Tirinzano!

Fantastic multi generational holiday

We are on our way back from a wonderful week in Tuscany. The house was perfect for a group consisting of grandparents, a family with a 6 year old and our family with adult children and their partners. We were all able to have privacy as well as large communal spaces. The pool was well maintained and great for all of us. Communication was great throughout. The kitchen was well resourced and we used both barbecues. The house is a short walk from a bar and restaurant which was a reasonable meal. Monterspertoli had everything we needed. We would all very much recommend this house.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We are big coffee drinkers and found that once we figured out how to use the Moka pots, we thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee while overlooking the countryside. Travel to Montespertoli for a quick gelato or bite to eat was quite easy, so even though the property is wonderfully private, it is not too far from things to do. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation with memories to last a lifetime!

Tuscan adventure

Villa Tirinzano is very special. A fabulous location in spectacular countryside. Everything you could possibly want for a family group holiday. Separate apartments but also great communal living and dining space and great outdoor eating/dining space. The gardens are amazing and very well maintained. The pool area is great too. We had a fabulous stay and would definitely return. Thank you the Tirinzano team

Tuscany Villa

The Villas was perfect and we totally enjoyed our time there. The location and setting were great. The hosts were very helpful and so kind. They made us feel very welcome. We loved having good private spaces as well as fabulous larger spaces to gather for meals and to enjoy each other's company.

Awesome stay in a magnificent villa

Very beautiful villa, very clean, with all the commodities provided. The view on the veranda is breath taking , overseeing the Chianti vines !!! This villa is perfect for a big family as it has 4 appartments in the same building. The A/C is very efficient as well. The place is exactly as we see it on pictures. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette très belle villa!

La villa est très belle, spacieuse et pratique. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets mais présents quand vous en avez besoin. La région est magnifique! Seul bémol, les chiens des voisins qui aboient fort à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit.

10 great days at the Villa

We stayed at the villa for 10 days in mid June, and we had a fantastic time. The location is central to many great destinations. We were within a quick drive to Florence, Sienna, Volterra, San Gigignano, Cinque Terre, and more. The property is fantastic. We had two families, and we were able to split them up with each having its own floor with a private kitchen, seating area, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We also utilized the ground floor with a bedroom and what we treated as a communal kitchen. The property is rather isolated being surrounded only by rolling hills. The nearest property is not close. With that being said, it is a short drive down a slightly rocky road to get to the villa. I also highly recommend the great restaurant right up the street (seems small from the outside, but it opens up to an amazing view on the backside). The pizza and squid ink pasta were favorites here. The pool was a hit with everyone, as well. Great size and seemingly in its own little world with great views of the rolling hills. I highly recommend this villa!
