Good but small room

The room was very small and so was the shower. The AC only worked if you kept the bathroom door open. The restaurant next door had great food. Make sure you make it before they close. They were a lot of help at the counter.

NO AIR CONDITIONING !!!!

No AC. false advertisement. The manager said the knob in the room "Makes the wall cold." That was what he called A/C!!! Stayed there only one night in early July, 2015. Thank God it was only one night, was hard getting thru it cuz there is No Fan, No A/C, there is a window, however were concerned about insects coming in so we kept it closed. I had to wet a towel and place it on me to cool me off, as well as my kids! Dont stay here unless you sleep on the walls, as that gets cool....that's A/C??

Gorgeous view, excellent place

I was amazed when we got to this place, it was during winter so pool and tiki bar were close but the beautiful view was all in front our eyes, great deal for what you pay, front desk personal were amazing and very helpful, wifi available in common areas and in your room, delicious breakfast was brought to our room because is was winter time, it can be your base to visit Cortona and some other places nearby (in car). I definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was the nices we stayed in in Italy in 12 nights. Very clean, beautiful rooms, great breakfast and a very forthcoming and helpful stuff. We Will definitely be back.

A peaceful stay.

We stayed here for a few nights as a base for touring some of Tuscany by car. The hotel was adequate and served our purposes well. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the cities but close to Siena. Probably not suitable for those without transportation.

A little gem!

This hotel has exceed our expectations! Just a 15min-drive from Siena, it's perfectly located. This is not a luxurious hotel but you get so much for the price -- it has all you need for a great stay. Rooms were comfortable and super clean, with the bonus of a beautiful view. Before booking it we had been slightly worried that it could be noisy since it's located by a road but at night the road is so silent that you won't hear a thing (we were on 3rd floor) -- and you have to consider it's in a road in Tuscany, with beautiful views and tranquil landscape all around. Breakfast is free (with real cappuccinos!) and there's free wireless in the lobby only. The best part of it all was the host Riccardo, who gave us amazing recommendations of where to eat and places to visit to beat the crowds. He sent us to the most amazing places and made our trip so much special! The other hostess Nikla was also super sweet with us. Overall, I highly recommend!

In the night was an alarm for hours. The noise didn’t end until the morning. The reception was not manned and nobody stopped the alarm. This was extremely bad service and they didn’t even apologize for this.

Das Hotel insgesamt ist in Ordnung, das Frühstück und den hoteleigenen Parkplatz fand ich gut. Ich werde aber persönlich dieses Hotel nicht nochmals buchen - wegen schlechter Schalldämmung der Hotelzimmer nimmt man alle Geräusche sowohl von außen (Musik im Restaurant, vorbei fahrende Autos) als auch von Nachbarzimmern wahr.

Localizado entre 2 pernas de estrada. Para se deslocar para cidades próximas é ótimo, mas para dormir pode ser incômodo. Pelas fotos parecia mais remoto. Recepção vazia a partir de 20h e não 22h como consta no hoteis.com! Cuidado para não ficar de fora. Entraram e arrumaram as camas independente do aviso de não perturbe na maçaneta. Pontos positivos incluem café da manhã gostoso, quartos amplos, restaurante anexo, vaga de estacionamento (Não coberta), ambiente quase temático, uma vez que o prédio situa-se num resquício de um antigo castelo.
