Room was clean, easy if almost contactless check in and out, wifi worked, no issues with getting in a little late, bed was comfortable. Couldn’t close the bathroom window all the way but no real issues from that. One of the bath towels was threadbare but clean. Refrigerator worked, heating unit worked ok, standard loudness but never overheating the room. No additional safety locking except for the bolt on the door. Touch tap entry for key was nice compared to slide-in card keys.

I had trouble with the ice machine. The front desk clerk said I had to keep pressing the button to make it work. On further review, the machine wasn't even plugged in. The water pressure was lacking,and the shower head was so corroded that it couldn't even turn to the spray selection. Even tough it was a no smoking room, I had burn holes in my blanket.The freezer in the refrigerator does not work. I had a whole bag of ice that melted.There was a person who was knocking on all the doors that seemed to be tweeking.
