Magnificent 2 Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Air Conditioning

Our apartment with Air Conditioning is located at the beginning and lower part of the Historical Center of Montepulciano. It has a beautiful terrace with amazing views of the Tuscan hillside and the medieval town. It is a short walk from cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket, wine cellars and several beautiful sites. It’s also a 5 minute walk from the Language School IL SASSO. Our apartment is on the third floor and there are stairs to get up to apartment. It is a Duplex Apartment which we have renovated. . Bedroom on first level has new Queen Size Bed with New Mattress, soft linens, and new pillows. Spacious Living Room/Kitchen and Dining Area are on the Main Floor. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, spices, oil, dishes and glasses. We have a large Dining Table which can accommodate up to 5 people. Living Room has a Sofa, 2 comfortable chairs and a Large Flat Screen TV. Bathroom on Main level has been renovated and we supply plush large new towels and toiletries for our guests. On the second level you will find another Queen Size bed with New Mattress and new linens. The Second Renovated Bathroom is also on the second level. The door leading to Terrace is on that same level. The private terrace has New Seating. The Views of the Tuscan Countryside and the Medieval town are magnificent. You will also enjoy some of the views of the Medieval Town from the terrace. Apartment has great working Fiber Optic WiFi.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Amazing Views

We loved our stay here. The views from the roof terrace were amazing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was also cool. We were there during some of the hottest days and the air conditioning was lovely. The location was great. The apartment was truly a great stay.

Great Place but more Stairs than anticipated

This is a lovely two bedroom apartment that is clean and centrally located. Parking is a good distance away and down the hill, but it is free. However, we did not anticipate as many stairs to this third floor unit. The owner was very helpful and articulate in communicating with us. Coffee is provided and owner is helpful. Washer machine didn’t work, but owner was willing to get the housekeeper to do our laundry. It was a very nice offer. It’s a nice stay for Montepulciano.

Great views and location

Excellent apartment, on the edge of the old town, lovely roof top terrace with views of the town and the surrounding countryside. Superb option for a short break. Dorita was really helpful on arrival, guiding us on parking options, then allowing us to stay until after lunch on the day we left. Happy to recommend this appartment to others seeking a short break in this beautiful hilltop town!
