Lots of Character

This property has a lot of character. It’s very well kept and clean. If you want the classic Montepulciano home experience, this is it. It is old and during the summer a bit musty. There are a/c units in the bedrooms but not the kitchen or living rooms although they stayed comfortable during our stay. Great location, just two blocks from the center of town. Lots of restaurants and shops steps away. You will have to park outside of town if you don’t have a permit to drive in town, very tight streets. The walk from the parking lot will get your heart pumping, it’s up several flights of stairs. A challenge when you have luggage. The views from town are amazing. Maria assisted us with any information we needed and was fantastic.

Location, location, location

The property was spectacular, and the check-in process with Maria Teresa was a breeze. Laundry facility was a bonus. The beds were comfy and the attic would have been a perfect place for kids to hang out if I had preteens (playpen was included). Hand soap dispensers and body wash was provided. Clean and comfortable. I’m coming back!
